Terms of service
These terms govern your use of CryptoBuy. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.
1. The service
CryptoBuy lets you purchase supported crypto assets with supported fiat currencies. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Crypto is delivered to the wallet address you supply. We never take custody of your assets.
2. Quotes and pricing
Quotes are indicative until confirmed on our servers and are time-limited. Final amounts, rates and fees are those recorded on your order at the moment payment is authorised.
3. Your wallet address
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the wallet address and network you select. Transfers to an incorrect address or an incompatible network are irreversible and cannot be refunded.
4. Compliance
We may require identity verification and may refuse, delay or reverse an order where required by law or by our payment partners.
5. Risk
Crypto assets are volatile and may lose value. Nothing on this site is investment, financial or tax advice.
